A focused hip-opening session you can run three times a week. Move slowly through hip circles, 90/90 switches, rocking frog, butterfly flaps, wide-leg fold, deep lunge dorsi flexion, side lunges, and a standing hip-flexor finish. One set of 12 reps on each drill, switch sides when noted, then hold Animal Resting Yoga Pose for 45 seconds. Plan on about 45 minutes. Skip anything that hurts.
