These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Kensho mobile app ("Kensho" or the "App") operated by iThor Technology LLP ("we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Kensho, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

- Kensho is a workout logging and fitness marketplace app for iOS and Android.
- Purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google under their store terms.
- We may change product and subscription prices at any time.
- If you previously obtained free or discounted access, a later price change may mean you need to buy or subscribe again at the then-current price for continued or renewed access.
The service
Kensho lets you log workouts locally on your device and browse marketplace fitness programs. Some programs are free; others require a one-time purchase or an active subscription. Availability of catalogs, features, and store products may vary by region and platform.
Purchases and store billing
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by iThor Technology LLP directly. Payment methods, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and tax display follow the applicable store rules and your agreement with Apple or Google.
We receive purchase or subscription status needed to unlock content in Kensho. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Pricing changes
We reserve the right to change the price of any Kensho product, marketplace program, one-time unlock, promotional offer, or subscription tier at any time, including introducing prices where content was previously free or discounted.
Listed catalog prices and in-app store prices may differ by platform, currency, taxes, and promotions. Store-displayed prices control at the time of purchase.
- Free or lower-priced access that you obtained in the past does not permanently lock that price for renewals, replacements, new devices, or future catalog entitlements unless Apple or Google store rules expressly require otherwise for a specific subscription period already paid.
- After a price change, you may need to purchase again or subscribe at the new then-current price to keep unlocking, importing, renewing, or continuing access to affected products or subscription benefits.
- Promotional, introductory, or trial subscription rates may end or change; continuing after the promotional period may be billed at the then-current rate subject to store disclosure and consent rules.
- One-time purchases generally unlock the stated program under the terms of that purchase; they do not freeze future prices for other programs, subscriptions, or remakes of access that we later sell separately.
Refunds and support
Refund and billing disputes for store purchases are handled primarily under Apple or Google policies. Contact us at the email below if you need help understanding what Kensho unlocked after a purchase.
Acceptable use
You may use Kensho only for lawful personal fitness purposes. Do not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' entitlements, or interfere with marketplace delivery.
Fitness content is general information, not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing exercise programs.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date on this page. Continued use of Kensho after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence cannot be waived. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
