Followers buy a program one time — not a subscription to you — and train in a follow-along session screen. Your Instagram (or YouTube / TikTok) handle sits on the card and the program page, so the buy still points back to you.

1. What a follower sees in the app
One-time programs are sold in Market. The buyer pays Apple or Google once, the program unlocks on that device, and they train in Kensho’s session screen (demo video, sets, rest timer, follow-along). No Kensho account is required — we skip sign-in for privacy. Subscription Kensho Pro is a separate product; your one-time program is not bundled into it.

Price labels and currency conversion can differ by platform (App Store vs Google Play) and over time. What a follower pays in their local currency may not match the USD catalog label exactly; your share is calculated from net after store fees, GST, and remittance FX.
2. How your social handle shows
When we publish your program we set a public display name plus one https profile URL. The app draws the matching network icon (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, X, Reddit, or a generic link) next to your name on:
- Every Market card for your programs
- The program detail screen, above the title — tappable, opens your profile in the browser / Instagram
Followers who buy still see you. We do not replace your handle with a Kensho house name on creator-attributed programs.
3. How we onboard you
Self-serve form, then we review. Live page: ithortechnology.com/es/app/kensho/onboarding/creator
- Choose India or International. India: add a UPI ID and/or bank details (cancelled cheque) so we can pay you by UPI, NEFT, or RTGS.
- Legal name, creator display name, contact email.
- Read Creator Terms (button on the form) and download the PDF. Sign on paper / manuscript — not DocuSign — then upload the signed PDF.
- Tick “I agree”, type your legal name as signature, upload KYC that applies (India: Aadhaar, PAN; cancelled cheque for bank transfer if you prefer NEFT/RTGS over UPI). Max 5 files, PDF or JPG, 8 MB each.
- Submit. We approve, attach your Instagram URL, assign programs, and email a magic link to the Creator portal for payouts.
4. Price breakdown — your 50%
Stores collect the list price. We estimate earnings in this order (same formula as the live portal):
- GST 18% on gross
- Store fee on the remainder — Apple 30%, Google Play 15% (our current fee settings)
- What is left is net. You get 50%, Kensho gets 50%.
- When we pay you in India, TDS 10% is withheld on your share. You receive the rest by UPI or bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS).
Figures below are USD catalog estimates per 1 sale for planning. Price labels and currency conversion may differ platform to platform and from time to time; Apple/Google remittance FX can also shift the final amount slightly. There is no minimum payout.

5. Payouts — where they live and when they land
After approval you get an email magic link. Same link anytime: ithortechnology.com/es/app/kensho/creator
Enter your email → we send a one-time sign-in link → the portal shows payout details (UPI and/or bank), estimated sales, and settlements we already transferred.

Settlements paid: each transfer shows method (UPI, NEFT, or RTGS), amount before TDS, TDS, amount paid, and a payment reference. Company-owned house programs are not paid out here.
Timing. Apple and Google typically take 10–15 days (sometimes longer) to remit a month’s proceeds. We therefore disburse a calendar month’s sales by the last working day of the next month. Example: August sales → paid by the last working day of September. No minimum balance.
On our side, admin records the transfer — UPI, NEFT, or RTGS to your bank account (amount before TDS, 10% TDS, reference). That row is what you see under Settlements. We do not ask you to invoice us for each sale.
6. Terms, addendum, and links
Commercial split for this outreach: 50% creator / 50% Kensho of net, documented in a per-creator Revenue Sharing Addendum (Indian financial year, 1 April–31 March, then continues unless we both agree a change).
Print the Terms PDF, sign by hand, upload on the onboarding form. Portal “I agree” is also required. Do not digitally sign unless we say so.
