Gym, home, or bodyweight?
What Kensho equipment badges mean — full gym, home gym, and bodyweight — so you pick a plan you can run this week.
Program cards show gym, home gym, or bodyweight. That is the constraint that matters more than the split. Do not pick a cable-machine plan if you train in a living room.
Key points
- Full gym: barbell, machines, cables. Muscle and fat-loss shelves use this most.
- Home gym: dumbbells or a barbell without a full machine floor. Look for dumbbell-only or barbell home plans.
- Bodyweight: no kit. General fitness and mobility live here, plus some Specials.
- Mobility sessions are bodyweight by design — slow drills, not a yoga studio library.
